Northland e bikes had been in business for one year when we first started working with them. Our role was to assist them with their marketing and branding activity’s.
This included customer segmentation and profiling to understanding buying motivations. This helped ensure marketing activities such as messaging and photos used really speak to and resonates with the segments.
A large portion of sales is from word of mouth so we encouraged the Directors to implement a reward and recognition programme to thank customers for referrals, further build on the relationship and also encourage more conversation and referrals. This also creates an opportunity to ‘uncover’ some great stories about how the bikes are used and the adventures that were had which can then be used as marketing tools across various platforms.
