Content Creation

Once the proposal is accepted it’s time to get started! Our team of experts works together to create posts that are engaging, informative and fun to read. We make sure that all of the content is consistent with the tone of your brand so that it feels authentic to your business.

When you have us on your team, you don't just have a content creator -- you have a friend. You get to focus on growing your business while we create dynamic content that keeps your social media pages moving.

Our Process

• We will develop a monthly social media calendar for you to review and approve. We create and curate high-quality content that engages. Our visuals include a combination of stock photography, your own business images and other assets, illustrations, custom graphics and video.
• We will optimise your social media posts to achieve the greatest effect for your brand. We will determine when it is best to post, and we will research, create, and use relevant hashtags.
• We schedule and post all content through our scheduling software.

Monthly Reporting

Monthly reporting can help you keep track of how well we're doing, and it's also information that we use to learn more about your brand. To make sure you know what's going on with your social media strategy, we'll provide you with an analysis of key metrics that relate to your social media objectives. We'll also tell you how well your recent posts have performed and what demographics are engaging with your content most. Lastly offering any additional insights and recommendations.

Training

We also offer workshops for social media management. In these workshops, we will teach you and/or your team everything you need to know about growing and engaging with your audience on social media.

If you're planning to manage your social media yourself, we can help simplify the process so you can produce top-notch results. Our sessions will be tailored to suit your needs, so that you see the most benefit where you need it most.

Our Process

After our Initial discovery chat

• We will complete a social media audit and report
• We will have a 60-minute Zoom or in person session focusing on a few key areas that we feel you need the most assistance with and where we hope to make the biggest impact to your social media strategy.
• After this session you will receive an action plan
• We will also be here to support for two weeks post coaching session via email for any discussed areas.
