Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is PDC Creative Limited, Bhive+, 72 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland.
2. Entry is free and open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of PDC Creative and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, guess the number of coffee beans in the jar and submit the entry form with your name, email address and phone number. Incomplete entries are not valid.
4. One entry per person per jar. Where the same person enters the same jar more than once, only the first entry will count.
5. The competition opens on [START DATE] and closes at [TIME] on [CLOSING DATE]. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
6. The winner is the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of coffee beans in the jar. If two or more entrants submit the same closest guess, the winner is the first of those entries received.
7. The winner will be notified by email or phone within [5] working days of the closing date, using the contact details supplied on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within [10] working days, PDC Creative may redraw.
8. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering, you agree that PDC Creative may collect, store and use the personal information you provide in order to run this competition and contact you about it. We handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@pdccreative.co.nz.
10. If you tick the marketing option, PDC Creative may also contact you with news, offers and marketing material. You can unsubscribe at any time.
11. PDC Creative may amend, suspend or cancel this competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make that necessary.
12. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
