Travis Bloem

Head of Content Production
Director
Bio

Travis is passionate about creating visual content that tells meaningful stories and helps businesses connect with their audiences. Drawing on both his creative expertise and background in Industrial Psychology, he brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every project.

He works closely with clients to understand what makes their business unique, transforming ideas into engaging video and photography that captures attention and delivers results. Whether he's directing a campaign shoot, filming a founder story or producing content for a brand launch, Travis combines creativity with strategy to create work that leaves a lasting impression.

Outside of PDC, you'll usually find Travis surfing, exploring the outdoors or spending time with his two dogs.

Jess Stanley

Marketing Strategist
Director
Bio

Jess thrives on helping businesses gain clarity, identify opportunities and build marketing strategies that support long-term growth. With extensive experience across New Zealand and the UK, she brings a commercial mindset and strategic approach to every project.

Passionate about building lasting client relationships, Jess works alongside businesses to develop brands, marketing strategies and campaigns that create measurable impact. She believes the best marketing starts with understanding the bigger picture and creating solutions that align with a client's business goals.

Balancing multiple projects simultaneously is second nature to Jess, with no less than thirty tabs open at any given time.

Laura Clotworthy

Marketing Account Manager
Bio

Laura is our relationship-building superstar here at PDC, with a with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from the University of Auckland. Laura kicked off her career in New Zealand’s media industry with roles at TVNZ and NZME before heading overseas, where she worked across event management and marketing in Sweden and the UK.

Outside of work, Laura’s usually in motion: chasing after her young son, tackling a home reno, or out walking her rescue dog Sydney. She’s hiked the Camino de Santiago and the Mont Blanc circuit, and brings a quiet toughness thanks to her blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (seriously, don’t mess with her).

Byron Cave

Marketing Account Manager
Bio

Project wrangler, strategy thinker, relationship builder, and all round “make it happen” guy, Byron is across client account and creative delivery at PDC. With a background in business management and decades in marketing operations and creative agencies, he’s all about getting great work out the door and making sure clients are well looked after. Before joining the team, Byron worked across both South Africa and New Zealand, partnering with everything from startups through to global brands like American Express, Nestlé, Panasonic, P&G, Unilever, and GSK.

He’s the kind of guy who can take apart a TV remote and (almost) put it back together, has Japan at the top of his travel bucket list, and has the full Radiohead discography running in the background while working.

Chris Dawson

Web Designer
Bio

Chris is the PDC website guru, boasting a Bachelor of Visual Arts and a Graphic Design Diploma. Formerly a TV Three Cameraman and a designer for an Auckland gaming studio, Chris now excels at crafting unique, client-relevant websites. Specialising in creative, lead-driven designs, he speaks the language of all things web, with a particular passion for multimedia incorporating photos, videos, and animations.

Outside of his digital domain, Chris channels his creativity into DIY projects around his 1930s house or renovating vintage furniture on weekends.

Catherine Foreman

Senior Graphic Designer
Bio

Meet Cath, our creative powerhouse with an unmatched eye for design and a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from Auckland University of Technology. From running a flower-growing business to crafting an award-winning children’s book, she’s a multitasking extraordinaire. As our in-house graphic design genius, Cath specialises in storytelling through art, enhancing brands, and making the world aesthetically pleasing one project at a time.

Cath loves beating personal bests in the gym as well as at work, and when she’s not picking up barbells, she’s likely picking up her kids.

Amy Jacobson

Production & Marketing Executive
Bio

Amy’s armed with sarcasm and a Master’s Degree in English and Bachelor's Degrees with Honours in English and History. Before joining the PDC A-Team, she worked as an English tutor and sales guru while balancing studies and crafting her MS thesis. The best part of Amy’s work day? When she gets to write a blog or web copy for a client (or when someone brings her coffee!).

She’s a writer, reader, and gamer, as well as a really bad but enthusiastic dancer.

Briar Horan

Office and Production Manager
Bio

Briar helps keep the PDC wheels turning, supporting the team, coordinating projects, and making sure client jobs are ordered and delivered smoothly. Currently studying social media marketing, she brings a background in administration, team management, and personal assistant roles to her role at PDC.

The best part of Briar’s work day? Working alongside an inspiring team and connecting with clients to help bring their projects to life.

Outside of work, Briar can usually be found riding horses, planning her next adventure on the water, or starting a DIY project that may or may not require “a little extra help”. She’s also a proud cat mum and cocktail enthusiast.

Casey Williamson

Finance Manager
Bio

As PDC’s resident finance guru, Casey gets stuff done. She’s a fantastic bookkeeper, crunching the numbers and keeping everything running smoothly for the team behind the scenes.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Casey hanging out with her family and pets or in her veggie garden (feeding snails and caterpillars, not her family). She firmly believes that pineapple belongs on pizza.
