Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is PDC Creative Limited, Bhive+, 72 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland.
2. Entry is free and open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of PDC Creative and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, guess the number of coffee beans in the jar and submit the entry form with your name, email address and phone number. Incomplete entries are not valid.
4. One entry per person across all four jars. Where the same person submits more than one entry, only the first entry will count.
5. The competition opens on Monday 12 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on Thursday 15 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
6. The winner is the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of coffee beans in the jar. If two or more entrants submit the same closest guess, the winner is the first of those entries received.
7. The draw will take place on Friday 16 October 2026 and the winner will be notified by email at the address supplied on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days of the draw, PDC Creative may redraw.
8. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering, you agree that PDC Creative may collect, store and use the personal information you provide in order to run this competition and contact you about it. We handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@pdccreative.co.nz.
10. By entering, you will be added to the PDC Creative mailing list and may receive news, offers and marketing material from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
11. PDC Creative may amend, suspend or cancel this competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make that necessary.
12. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
